Yes, I know stupider isn't a word but I couldn't think of anything else that described this any better.

So you can't sue a dealership or an employee
In this case, it's a word. Sounds like the attorneys doing this are from the firm of Dewie, Cheatum & Howe.
And just so you know susie, you can misspell any word you want in the top line of a new discussion without spell check getting down on you! 😁
Just ask me how I know!
That is insane. These lawyers are shameless.
hey, they sued Remington out of business, or at least facilitated it happening.
There were 2 employees involved- one now deceased. Since this happened at work, it is covered by Worker's Comp- which does not allow an employee to sue their employer.
I read that last night
I guess never let common sense and being g stupid get in the way of a lawsuit
The owner should sue the company for having a non qualified employee work on his car
Maybe they will sue Jeep for that dangerous vehicle! Was the jeep black, maybe after market upgrades? Sounds like an assault jeep to me! We should burn cities and demand they quit letting people own those dangerous weapons of war!
Frivolous lawsuits along with taxes and regulations are top reasons the price of goods and service are so expensive here in America.
Certainly the lawyers and plaintiffs will hit the jackpot but the rest of us will ultimately end up paying for it.
Ummm....pretty sure stupider is a word.
I agree! “More stupider” would describe the incident more better!
Ron White. Ain't no cure for stupid.
Stupid, Stupider, Stupidest.
You did all right Susie.
Joe
That lawsuit won't go anywhere..............if it does............God help us.
Try ignoranter and ignoranter! 😜
Austin20, like when a negligent discharge causes a pregnancy and they want to sue Chevy because that pregnancy resulted in activity in the backseat of said chevy!! 😂
