Have a G19 w/suppressor and it will not cycle after shooting a round. Any body have this problem and maybe a solution? My G17 does not have this problem.

I have the exact same problem and have not been able to solve it. I have tried every bullet weight as well as recoil spring weights, and it still fails to cycle The problem is with the striker, which won't reset. I suppose changing the striker spring is the next step, but I have other 9mm's which fine suppressed and I'd just as soon not bother.

By the way, welcome to the Gun Broker forums.

" it will not cycle after shooting a round."

Are you saying it doesn't cycle the slide properly or that the firing mechanism isn't reset?

What brand/model of suppressor? Does it have a booster/Nielson device?

From what I've read I've gleaned that a very heavy suppressor hung out there on the end of the barrel can prevent the barrel from tipping up as designed. This binds the slide so that it won't go back as far as it should.

    Don’t limp wrist it.

If it isn’t a mechanical issue, it could be technique.
