Smith & Wesson Model 59 rear sight blade replacement

I need to replace a broken-off sight blade on a Smith & Wesson Model 59. The blade moves side-to-side in a slot, its screw threads engaged by the adjustment screw. A video on replacement of these sight blades says to "break" the adjusting screw when turned fully out, due to the screw being riveted open on its left-side end, in a nut which can then be removed with a spanner. But then the screw needs replaced. Is this screw the same size and threads as the commonly available parts for the S&W revolvers? I can't find these parts listed for the semi Model 59.

I saw that drawing, and it shows a rear sight a bit different than this one, which has a circular shape with a straight tab going forward into milled groove in the slide. Are you fairly certain, Toad67, these are the same parts (I'd need 57 and 58, screw and nut, maybe best to buy the slide also to be sure of screw thread compatibility)? I already bought a plain slide from a different vendor, but it's not an expensive part.
Would this work?
