Just received my new locked in contract price for the next heating season from our propane supplier.

Going from the current contract price of $1.71 up to $2.41 per gallon delivered. 😓

Anyone else care to share what you are paying in your area?

I paid $2.20 last Fall. I'd guess it's near double that now.

Last we got was 2.25 not counting all the bs fees that were added on for delivery

I will add some advise for those of you propane consumers that are military veterans. A couple years ago I had to make a visit to the propane suppliers office. While there, I asked the nice gal at the desk if they gave out discounts to vets. She had to go into the back room to talk to her boss and came out smiling at me. I got a 10 cent per gallon discount! 😊

I'll observe that I tried three places this week to get a tank swap for my smoker. The week after Memorial Day and there is not a propane tank anywhere.

I started buying propane cannisters for camp stoves at my store pre- pandemic for around $8.00 for two.............now, when they have them.........it is $8.00 for one
