I have a carcano in 7.35 , is it like the 6.5 carcano . does the 7.35 have gain twist rifling like the 6.5.

"Small Arms of the World" states that early models (6.5) had gain twist rifling. The 7.35 would be considered a late model and probably does not have gain twist rifling. Both calibers are chambered in the same rifle, i.e., the rifles are the same.
