I purchased a Holsun 507K dot sight at Bass Pro a couple weeks ago. I looked a counter model over before purchasing it. When I got it home, there were NO screws included in the box. There were two torn empty small plastic bags in the box. I figure someone pirated the screws at some point.... Well Crap. The Bass Pro is 40 minutes away and we had company coming in for the weekend.

I was going to wait and run over to see if BP could help, but all they would be able to do is pirate it out of another sight, if they were even willing to do that. So I emailed Customer Service at Holosun and told them the issue. I received a message back with a request for a pic of the sight which has the serial number on the side. I sent the pic back and got a response the next day. It included a tracking number and said the screws would be shipped.

Less than a week later, the missing screws were received. I was able to get the sight mounted and ready to go...
