Hones
I am going to guess hones. Don
Rosy O'Donnell's IUD...
Parts of door closures?
Agree hones it looks like all the stones are missing but they came indifferent grits and made to be replaced
I have a couple newer versions used with a drill for auto engines and small one for brake cylinders but I have them for at least 40 years
I would say new versions could still be bought
The ones you show look Like they were Hand powered by use of the cranks
Look to be older versions or for specialty applications
Agree that they are really old hones, takes me back to teenage years when we used ones that went into a drill like DR said.
I don't think they are hones since they look like the are designed to expand and lock in place. I would guess some sort of pipe flange alignment tool similar to this.
