As far as I know, yes.
Check the state laws. One state next to mine allows concealed carry by residents and nonresident’s without a permit. That is what they true constitutional carry.
If you already have a CCW, hang on to it because it will still be valid in some other states as it was prior to the updated CC law.

Utah is constitutional carry, and our CCW is valid in a LOT of other states. That's why I keep mine current.
With a CCW in some States, you can bypass the NICS check.
Ky is one of those.
