but scotus announced non-citizens CAN NOT vote. this should cause a few more burned out neighborhoods from the " peacful demonstrater "..........

Oh, I call that a pretty good win. That'll clip the wings of all these birds pushing for allowing non-citizens to vote.
Hopefully it will set a precedent to stop the use of states using federal money to benefit non citizens.
Time to start lining up the mules..
It was the NY State Supreme Court. I doubt the City will appeal considering the current make up of the US Supreme Court.
