Wow
I just read the Army is dropping is HS Degree or GED requirement due to missing their recruitment goals by 40%. They are also lowering the standards in tattoos. I disagree with the tattoo deal but then I just don't like tattoos for some reason. As far as a HS Graduate when I came in you didn't have to be one but you had to get your GED at some point if you wanted to make a career of the Army and to progress past SGT E-5(Buck SGT).
The Navy on the other hand is starting to punish sailors who don't use the correct pronoun for their(I hope that is the right word) fellow sailors. So I guess if you have tranny woman(Used to be a man) for a commandeer you should say "Yes Mam". I wonder what % of the Navy is "happy", as a former Airborne Ranger I would think about 70% is the right answer but I may be off a little😉 Well good luck with that when you start going toe to toe with fricking commie's.

I quit school my senior year at 17 and enlisted, parent had to sign for me and wouldn't unless they put in the contract that I would finish HS with a diploma (not a GED) anyways after basic/AIT got to my permanent duty station and when reporting in, the CO said welcome to the bayonet division, you start HS Monday morning! Four weeks later I had a diploma, no electives just required classes to complete it. I don't care either way about tattoos, but I believe they should be required to at least get the GED before advancing above E-3.
I never once got in trouble for saying "sir" to a female officer when I was in the Navy....and it did happen, but hearing there is a group out there who feel like being called the wrong pronoun is worthy of losing their minds just makes me worry for our military.
Only the militia will save this country now.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Back when the draft was required the vast majority of college grads were drafted. These days very few and far between🤔
Yes.
Looks like they changed their mind @Sam06 only lasted about a week.
