Is it true if you sell a private firearm for profit without going through a FFL dealer than you are guilty of Federal Felony now under the new law pass last month?

Looks like nobody here can answer the question and this old determination posted below is no longer valid and we have been hoodwinked into a back door registration scheme unless some constitutional lawyer can chime in here and tell us differently and the word profit is the defining word here Ladies and gentlemen.

In regard to transferring firearms between individuals residing in the same state, any person may
sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of the State where he resides as long as he or she does not
know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing
firearms under Federal law
They are going to make all private resales to be tracked along with the new ones and of course all past sales have been archived to challenge any discrepancies with A.I. tracking in the future. Cross the line and you will prosecuted.

If you think the feds dont ALREADY have a database on almost all guns(well the most dangerous ones......you know the LEGALLY obtained ones!), then your gonna be upset.
I hearing now any money taken for a gun sale between individuals is a Federl Felony if not passed through a FFL dealer. You will now see how you got sold out by Republican rhino's and the left got what they wanted with the gunshow loophole and any private sale is Forbidden. The Congress is the same two headed double speak coin and you party affiliation is nothing but a ruse for the public to think they have a choice. If what I stated becomes reality that is.
Well at least you have the first amendment still but that does no good on important security matters and red laws.

If you are selling as an individual with an intent to make a profit for a firearms sale, you are now in trouble.

Is Changing the Wording to "to predominantly earn a profit"
Term "to predominantly earn a profit means the intent to underling the sale or distribution of firearms is predominantly one of obtaining pecuniary (monetary) gain".
As apposed to other intents such as improving or liquidation a personal firearms collection. No longer covers just sale of Personal firearms. So folks a t Gun Shows that a have a Sign out that Say " Private Sales" is no longer covered.
Just sat thru a 2 hour long ATF Class on this subject as well as "Ghost Guns" last week

Thanks to The Republicans who crossed over to the leftist agenda for gun registration which many said would never happen.When the Nazi's march into Holland in WW II the first thing they did was to seized all records kept for firearms and sent soldiers/police to those citizens homes to confiscate them.
Then the same will happen here if they ever have to declare martial law again like in New Orleans.It matters not for if your rights have been suspended right? It just makes it easier for them.
It's all for our safety and keeping the peace and I am sure they are going to give them all back after they have instilled back the new peace for you. (Green Font).
