Open gun carry is a civil rights worker? And can make a citizen's arrest of a cop for harassment for asking for his ID while carrying a gun?

I have to say what might be ignorant is posting what appears to be random, incomplete thoughts and expecting others to understand what you are saying... just my take on it...
Addressing only those that know the 1964 Civil Right Act outlaws the harassment of a civil rights worker (those that open carry a gun to further the 2A) Members are expected to know that if they post here.

If your are not considered a minority by birth then in the past you had no recourse under The1964 civil rights law. At least that was told to me from a lawyer working job discrimination cases and was told to go join a worker's union for any relief. I am white of course.
