Hello, and thanks in advance to any insight, I have used FuddEx in the years past to send firearms just to find out recently the wont ship for individuals. I am wanting to know if anyone has used Ship My Gun without any problems? I have never heard of them and want to know if this a better alternative than paying UPS an arm and a leg for shipping. Again, thanks for any help.

For the most part it might be cheaper to ask your FFL to ship it...I haven't used Ship My Gun, but I'm certain if there were any issues we would have heard all the drama about it. So I imagine it will be fine.
Appreciate them offering the service, but you'll still pay "an arm and a leg" since they only use UPS. Concur with @Locust Fork ... ask your local FFL.
"ShipMyGun.com is a division of BudsGunShop.com. Firearms, including handguns, may ONLY BE SHIPPED through a Ups Customer Center (counters at Ups operational facilities)."
I use USPS exclusively. I also ship handguns for individuals via USPS for postage plus $10.
I am unfamiliar with Ship My Gun. Sorry.
I would guess Buds can save you $10-15 on a handgun depending on how far but if you are sending a long gun you can send it for close to the same price.
If long gun just ship through usps.
buy local
Sounds like he is selling not buying. Plus, for people like me, I rarely buy anything common (I borrow those from friends LOL). Some guns, even on all the GunBroker type sites I keep an eye on, I still often wait for many years to find one. Two local shops have my want list, but I have no idea if they really check it, I stop in several times a year and update it as I acquire or to add new items I want to the list.
