My walther ppk is serial number 106797 with what appears to be a A next to eagle over N. I can't seem to navigate the proper serial number list. I am looking for manufacture dates, there are no military markings.

Looking at the ejection port, looks like there is an antler stamping visible. This indicates the Ulm proof house and if there is a two digit number preceding it, that is the date of proof which is also the manufacture year. (68 would be 1968.)
BTW, the new eagle over N indicates postwar mfg.
Yonson told it right.
