Need help identifying this military rifle stock #1

Have two old military wood rifle stocks that we are unsure what they fit. Would like to list them on the auction but need more info cause we have not been able to identify. This stock with the metal hardware on end measures 45 1/4" long. Thanks in advance for any assistance. (Sorry about the pics. No matter what I did this is the direction they ended up).

The circled five point star makes it a Brazilian short rifle stock. Most likely the Model 08, but the notch cut for the bolt handle was done later for an altered bolt.
