Some are priceless ... 😉
It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books

OMG, it's happening!
My favorite PERK to old age is that I can get away with things I say to pretty women that would have gotten me slapped when I was younger! 😁
I have always ate supper at 5pm
"I have always ate supper at 5pm"..............wth..that's the START of cocktail hour (sometimes 2 hours 😛)
The real perks start in your 90's. Mom is 96 & my aunt, who passed in 11/22, made it to 100. People would give odd looks when we talked loud & shuffled walkers, etc. But, they smiled when you mentioned their age & it was all OK.
The older I get them more I don't give a rats * about what time supper is supposed to be. I just eat whenever I feel like it! I also eat whatever I feel like eating. Most of the joys of older age are food related. 😋
Amen to that.
Like the great Indiana Jones once said "it's not the age it's the mileage" this is so true.
As in #7. I was thinking how long I had the shorts I have from Rothco camo ones from the late 1990s. A little faded but other than that they're fine. I may have to choose one to be cremated in. Sky blue, lime green, purple urban or my favorite fall colored Savage Orange. I recently saw the Black Camo which I don't have might be more suited for the occasion.
