    Courts have long decided that following the laws as written are overruled by how the particular judge feels about the subject.

    Unserialized guns, so called "ghost guns", are ALREADY illegal to sell. If you MAKE a firearm from unserialized parts, then thats fine. IF you sell that unserialized gun, then you have to ask for and apply a serial number.

    Just more BS from politicians who dont know thier @ from a hole in the ground!

    Along those lines mike55, I wonder what will happen to the legality of selling unfinished 80% receivers. I guess this is really a moot point since the government can make new law and regulations whenever they want as shootuadeal touched on.

    It's too late for me, save yourself.

    If there is no law against something, whenever they wish, the FBI, ATF, or IRS will simply make one up or lie about it if you are found doing something sinister like wearing a red hat.
