First thing I've won in my life.
I told the judges that when I dug them, one got away from me, rolled down the hill, and broke a fence post off.
Mrsdeere 's Anaheim peppers won 2nd prize in miscellaneous peppers category.

Good for you, the only thing I plant are finger potatoes and they are the best when like marbles.
That's awesome. Congrats.
Nice tators !!!
Wow, nice! Congrats! Congrats to your better half too! What's an Anaheim pepper? Are they some 3000°thing?
You're #1!
They taste and smell like a banana pepper, but bigger and dark green.
I didn't know there were potato steroids. 😀
Congrats
On the wins to both of you
Congrats
Looks like unrefined hash browns, to me!
Congrats, JD. What variety are they and what did you do special to make 'em get that big?
I've grown a lot of potatoes in my life, grown a lot of good sized ones too.
I have never grown taters that nice. This year I grew a patch of purple taters. They look like marbles next to your big boys!!
I heard back in the Spring that the war in Ukraine might make a short of seed potatoes. I found and planted 50 pounds of Red Pontiac. I fertilized three times with 10-10-10. We had God given perfect weather for potatoes.
I plan to give a lot to the food bank.
And one is a boy!
Being a very proud, half Irishman, good 'taters are a wonderful thing.
Got mine in late this season, but they are doing good. Pretty soon, grab some little baby 'taters.
Nice, a lot of people can't grow potatoes. You must have some good soil.
And one is a boy!
Living near the town I grew up in, the place became a major tourist attraction. Our old county fair changed to a tourist $$$ magnet and left the farm growers in the dirt by starting and ending the fair almost an entire month earlier than it used to be.
I sure do miss the good ole days!
Congrat's Jim on your blue ribbon tater's!
Potatoes are crazy high and I read may vanish.
