Flobert Pistols question. Antique?

Picked up some Black Powder pistols single shot percussion and flint lock. Six Pistols.

There were two Flobert 22 in the bunch.

Not knowing if these are considered antique or should these be logged in to my FFL book.

Pretty old and one has " Heidelberg F. Gessinger:Marked on it he died in 1912.
