    Please, contact my girlfriend and make her sell those &%!!**@ rentals.

    She has been down in Atlanta the past month, an oak tree landed on her rental house. Roof, bay window, deck, knocked the a/c unit off the concrete pad. Etc.

    Last I saw the estimate is $63,000 and she says State Farm is incompetent.

    I wish To God she would get rid of the rentals.

    My life has completely went great without that income. I have one Rental home left that is insured with State Farm... She should get some rental income off of it from them while it is being repaired. I sure hope the tenants were not hurt.


    You tell her to sell now ..before the market goes down... I made a killing and she can too.

    All went well for both closings.... Only 1 left, a nice home on 1.5 acres and the current Tenant is going to purchase it most likely this spring. We are now free to travel any where we want. No tie down rental property worries. Sold everything within 5 days of a yr for the first one sold .
