Walther WMP....range report

I have the opportunity to shoot a buddy's Walther WMP. I am sort of a .22 Mag junkie so the opportunity to fire one made a trip to the range even better. Lucky for me I was sighting in a S&W 648 and had plenty of ammo. The WMP had a Holosight 507K red dot sight mounted on it. My buddy sighted it in with CCI Maxi-Mags 40 grain JHP's.

After some tweeking, the Holosight was dead on. I fired several 5 shot groups with it. And all together we shot 75 rounds of ammo, 4 different loads. 100% reliable, NO FTF or FTE.... Accuracy was excellent. I have a feeling I will be buying one of these in the near future !!


CCI Maxi-Mag 40 gr JHP 15 yards 10 shots...two five shot groups. Adjustment after first 5 shots....
