Winchester 70 Experts? A Few Questions Regarding My Auctions

nunnnunn Forums Admins, Member, Moderator Posts: 36,084 ******

I mostly handle normal garden variety guns, but every so often, I get something a little special. Have I described these accurately? Is there any information I should add? I'm pretty sure I'll need to adjust the opening bid and buy now price down some.

Thanks in advance!

I know this one is a fairly late model, but I don't know how late. And is it a Super Grade?

This one is pretty but strange. It has apparently been re-chambered to .35 Whelen. It was made in 1954, and I don't think the .35 Whelen was offered as a factory round back them. Finish is matte black. I'm unsure whether it is black oxide or Cerakote. How about this one? Is it a Super Grade?

Thanks!

while both rifles have 'super grade' features (and very nice ones at that) neither are "super grade" in my opinion. the .375 has been rebarreled and the .35W has been re-bored.
