Second Range day with the Walther WMP

This time around I fired 5 different loads, two five shot groups of each. Set up at 15 yards, One group off the rest, the other standing.

-The Hornady Critical Defense 45 gr. was the over all winner. Group off the bench right at 1", The standing group was about 2 inches .

-The Hornady 30 gr. shot well off the bench and standing.. There were two failure to ejects. The manual says 30 gr. ammo will not cycle consistently...They were right.

-CCI 40 gr. Maxi-Mags were 2nd best accuracy, no feeding or ejection issues...

-Winchester 30 gr. Varment loads were the least accurate, but still in the 2 1/2" range. They did all feed and eject..

-Speer Gold dot 40gr GDHP. Accuracy was in the 2 to 2 1/2" range.


This one is a keeper...
