Either the bladder or water pills
Got one doc giving me pills to stop bladder from leaking, another doc wants me to take water pills. Getting old can be confusing!
Funny, isn't it? Here I am 75 years old and I still make it through the night without getting up.
That's probably because in your flying days you had the piss scared out of you so many times you haven't got any left for your old age!
The enlarged prostate gland sets an alarm clock that rings every two hours every nite .
Sadly, that old saying "I pee freely" has been in my rearview mirror for quite some time.
The only thing I can be very thankful for is my ability to hold a full bladder for a very long time. I call it my discomfort training! So far have been able to repress the feeling during the night and fall back to sleep for another hour or two or three.
I just have to be very careful when I start dreaming about how good it feels while peeing under a tree or something. 😁
About 15 years ago and prior commercials on TV and elsewhere were saying it was abnormal to have to go pee after you go to sleep. Such was the case with older males diagnosed with BPH. As of late the Docs saying getting up to pee at night is not abnormal. Have to agree.
Like many others I too have BPH and have it checked every year digitally and blood PSA and been doing so for 25 years. PSA less than 2ng per ml which is better than perfect. I still get up at least one time a night to pee
Also highly recommend finding a female with small fingers for the digital part. 👍
Does someone have to get up to pee in the night?
It Depends...🤣
Yep, dreaming about taking a leak is bad juju.😲
My urologist seemed surprised when I told him the only time I get up to pee at night is when I have partaken of too many adult beverages. Now, let my BiPap run out of water, or the power go off, that's another story.
I had my prostate removed last year. I wasn't using it, anyway. The urologist prescribed Cialis. That's like winning the lottery when you're 100 years old.
If I don't use my c-pap machine I can't make it thru the night, usually about 3 am or so I have to pee, If i put it one I can sleep till morning no troubles......
