Fedex agent said the required home pick up for ammo cost $4. I was billed for $19.35 USPS not offered and UPS is off the list of options. (buzz says UPS gets ammo stolen)

Fedex now has a monopoly on ammo shipping and the price has gone up threw home pick up requirement.
I JUST mailed from Illinois to Oklahoma 140 pieces of brass and 40 rounds of live ammo for -----------------------------------------------------------------$11.00 with my discount code. Pretty good.
where to fine "discount code" and did fedex require home pick up?
Sign up to a UPS account and they give you them for purchasing online . Pay online and either have pickup or drop off.
(Edited) can't trust UPS, why should i? They have a record of ammo / firearm thefts as other shippers.
