Suspecting fraud

Hi all, i'm rather new to gunbroker but i just bid on an item before checking the seller's rep. It turns out that he has no reviews and a ton of items on auction. He is East india gun company.
I looked up his company and it looks like although he is listed, he has no actual company and i feel a little worried about sending him $.

The listing above is just an example of his listings.
Anybody ever deal with this guy, am i being to suspicious?
the auction does have a 'box' to check if you suspect a fraud, also 'he' accepts c.c. payment so you do have recourse
Ok as an administrative question, i am obliged to pay for this auction even if it may be fraudulent?
When it comes right down to it, it's your money, your decision.
