War fighting is very different now with intelligence weapons taking a toll on Putin's army and generals. They are facing Their own Vietnam fiasco and can't even learn that drafting people in very unpopular war is not the way to go.
The Elites now can fight with a smaller deadly armies and win in a conveniently war but their biggest mistake is if a push comes to a shove that the loser will use tactical nukes which will lead to a larger use of them to turn the tide. We are coming upon to an event in war history that one has neverseen before.
