Lost my last horse early this morning, he was a little over 26 years old. His registered name was "WW Soy EL Boleto" which roughly translate to "he's the ticket" but we always called him Bo Bo. He was a Peruvian Paso breed and a smooth ride, had him since he was just barely 2 years old. This picture is about 9 years ago or so with my nephew riding him.
I'll miss you Bo.

Sorry for the loss of your pal
I know he had a good life and took part of your heart with him .
My only time spent around horses was 45+ years ago
I had a GF who owned one Poko king was its name .Funny I still remember its name
I knew zero about a horse until I met her
I Still know very little except how attached we can get to any animinal
Always hard to lose any animal. Sorry for your loss. My horse sired a mare that my girlfriend (now wife) bought. That mare finally left us at 35 years old.
Sorry for your loss….
The Paso Fina are one of the classiest breeds i have ever watched . Never rode on . All my experience is with quarter horses and a few Morgans.
Grandpa was a work horse guy and his brother was a horse breeder. My daughter went to college and took her horse Hoopie with her. Animal husbandry. Ended up as PTA. She is so happy now with her six acre farm and her two horses Winter and Butterfly. She has horse blood in her veins. They hang on her every word.
Ruger4me so sorry for the loss of your pal Bo. --------------Ray
Sorry for your loss, Ruger. I guessin' you gave him about as good a life as a horse could've had. He'll be there waitin' for you.
Sorry for your loss. My three at 23, 26, and 32 are still doing good. Taking care of them is what keeps me going.
Dang Ruger, I'm sorry man
Sorry, man. I know how hard it is to lose one.
I also feel your sadness for the loss of Bo Bo. My sincere condolences Ruger4me
Thank you everyone for your thoughts. and @pulsarnc the Paso Fina breed are indeed nice horses and similar to the Peruvian Paso, but are a different breed. Both came from Old world stock from the conquistadors but were isolated for a few hundred years from each other and developed into their own breeds. Paso Fina in the Caribbean islands and the Peruvian in Peru. Thanks again everyone for the kind thoughts.
So sorry for losing Bo, he was a handsome fellow.
Sorry for your loss, it hurts.
Well that's just awful. I'm sorry you lost a good buddy.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
condolences
Sorry for your loss. I remember about ten years ago, when I had to put down my wife's horse, Apache. I think we both cried for days. We are not getting any more horses until we make our final move.
