A country music legend who had a good run without being a publicity hound.
RIP Miss Loretta.
RIP, Loretta. I bet ol' Conway's singing "Hello, Darlin'"
RIP
RIP Loretty! Your Do has been await'n!
She was what all female country music performers today should strive to be;
A classy lady. RIP Loretta. Bob
RIP lady. I won't make it that long.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Got to see her at our county fair a few times. She was one to never so no to a picture ,or go out into the crowd just to shake hands and talk. She even talked Alan Jackson to come to the fair about ten years ago. This beautiful soul will truly be missed by all😥.
She was a nice lady. I was doing her private security in the early 90's or late 80's? when she did a gig in out city and was hospitalized for exhaustion. I was with her and her assistant for a few days while she was confined there and we talked some. Straight up nice person. RIP.
God Bless. One of kind.
She was great. RIP
Sad, fortunate enough to be alive when she was in her prime, RIP
Glad i was around when she was so great. She and Patsy Cline were my favorites. We will miss you Loretta. RIP Loretta.----------------------Ray
Lucky enough to see her and Conway several times in concert. Class act all the way .
