Is there a way?

To report a suspected Shill bidder? I don't want to break rules but this seems VERY suspicious to me.

"if there's a will, there's a way"! That's the best I can help 😁
If you think that a seller has a shill bidder, I'd take a look at their auctions, and the bid history. Take some screen shots, and report them to HQ's. The screen shots should provide proof, especially if the seller has the same guy bidding items up, but never winning.
I've always wondered if a shill is the winning bidder then doesn't the seller still have to pay GB their percentage which actually cost the seller ?? If so why would GB be worried/concerned about this going on, no loss to GB, only income.

not sure if they would get to involved
I use to work with a fellow who would have buddies and families run up bids for him ( on ebay ) if they won he would pay the cost and just relist later on a few dollars was wort the risk of selling for more especially if only one or two bidders on his item .
I would wager it happens many times a day across all auctions even live auctions I have seen family and friends bid to drive up a price by being in the bidding crowd again no real loss
WELL, if I suspect a shill bidder that says it all to me to the seller. If I HIGHLY suspect one I will pass on that auction and never bid on that sellers items ever. Just my thing and as Todd says look at history which could tell the tale. If you want send me the auction PM, would like to look at it myself but understand if you don't.
