Why the huge boxes packed with bubble wrap for a little item? Fed Ex brings huge boxes with hard to find items in them. Whats going on?

    They standardize on box sizes to save money on shipping ultimately costing you less, since shipping costs are more weight based than size based (up to a point).

    Be glad they bubble wrapped the item. Most of the time they just dump it in a box and let it bang around the whole trip.
