RHEEM electric furnace

I know there are some furnace/HVAC guys here that can help. I can't make anything out of the manual for my furnace (link here: https://www.manualslib.com/products/Rheem-Rh1t3617stanja-9212655.html)
It's a Rheem model RH1T3617STANJA.
Is it possible to make the blower that turns on when it's heating, turn on and just run without the heater turning on?
It seems to have a fan mode where the blower just barely moves any air. What I want is to to recirc the air in my home using the full blower power without adding heat.
Will this furnace do this??

I just checked my Rheem heat pump. With the fan "on" it barely blows. Turn the heat up and it switches to high speed.
That seems to be how this works. I am thinking what I want to do is a no go. Weird.

The speed taps are 24VAC inputs. Do not connect line voltage to these speed
taps. T1 provides the slowest speed and is dedicated to continuous fan operation.
T2 – T5 are for cooling & heating operation and are selectable at the terminal block
using a single wire with an insulated terminal that plugs onto the terminals in the ter-
minal block. Speed change instructions are detailed in Section 3.14.2.

I did not see a diagram to spell this out for me but, just by reading this, I'd think that you could take the wire off of T1 and move it to another terminal to achieve what you want.
how much the electric heater costing you to run??
Significantly more than the free firewood to burn.

Chief, you nailed it. I finally got back to doing something about this today. I looked at the manual more thoroughly, figured out the schematic today and swapped where T1 was hooked up to slow speed and moved it to the T4 tap an it worked perfectly!!! Thank you very, very much!!

Was wondering if you got it done. That's great. No service call, no 'specialty' part needed.
Ayup! We sure do have some helpful folks on these here forums.
