I have no idea how much the price of gas can be controlled by the Washington butt holes but they have no reason to keep the price down after mid-terms. So might prices spike??

Dems will probably have stations set up for free fill ups if you vote their way
I think they will roll up to a new all time high if the Dems are able or hold the House and Senate….either way the elections go, the price will rise as this dip was a last minute attempt to garner votes…
Yes.--------Ray
Sure will regardless of who "wins"...
KenK/84Bravo. Nailed it.
When Biden took over there was 750 million barrels of oil in the strategic reserve, now we’re below 400 million barrels.
If there is a national emergency we can call Joe at: 555- I did that.
...Worst administration, and worst "PRESIDENT"...EVER!...Senile Biden has dumped almost half of our SPR, but, has put it onto the global market, complete clinically certified moron...can we say "first day in office killed the Keystone Pipeline, stopped all exploration, drilling on Federal onshore/offshore leases, and have NOT handed out one new Federal lease"?...Chief moron and his Commie buddies hate America and hate oil...cannot wait for Nov. elections and 2024 to get here and over...scary to think that dufus Biden, at 102 years old might fall over cold and leave that twittering numb-nuts Harris in charge, I cant stand these idiots...God help us...who are these no brain chumps that vote for these worthless fools that are a waste of good air?...
Since the Biden Socialist/Marxist/Greenie Admin came into power they have done nothing to help the US citizen on energy. They have touted leasing land for oil, yet the permitting process is dragging like a chain and ball. Unless a (R) congress can do magic and turn the oil issue around prices are going to keep going up, shortages are going to be common and the (D) party will still blame Trump.
Yet yesterday biden wants a windfall tax on oil companies.
Yes
Its been a warning on the internet for several months as soon as mid terms over
Prices going up
I have also read / heard the USA only has about a 25 day supply of diesel fuel
I have also read / heard the USA only has about a 25 day supply of diesel fuel
Won't that be a mess for Truckers
The windfall tax will just be pasted onto the consumer. Another problem is, anything congress would do to restart are energy self sufficiency by way of bill, Biden will veto it as soon as it reaches his desk.
Im afraid for two more years after the midterms we will still have to endure Biden’s misery he will inflict on us.
This is what happens when stupid people vote for what they think is a Democrat but are actually a Communist.
Gonna be bad.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I was buying gas a couple of days ago.The price of gas has came down, but the cost of diesel fuel has stayed the same or gone up.If you really wanted to hurt the economy, raise the price of diesel fuel.Nearly everything we use or buy is delivered, whether by truck or train and the food that is produced by our farmers is directly connected to the price of diesel fuel.
There was a $2.02 difference in the price of gas and the insane price of diesel fuel in Piketon Ohio yesterday.
Yes diesel is crazy, just filled the F150 with gas at $2.99 same place had diesel at $5.08...
Glad I don't have my Diesel pickup
I filled up Monday, and it was $3.29. Guess it's the price of living halfway between hell and nowhere.
$3.17 at the Twice Daily Shell store. $.10/gal discount with a T Mobile Tuesdays code.
Not waiting for the vote around here. Up $.20 two days in a row. $3.69/9 up to $3.99/9 (Southern Wisconsin)
The price of crude spiked yesterday, just in time for at-pump prices to shoot up - about next Wednesday.
There are some who say this two-year collapse of the economy is planned, and others who say it is due to pure incompetence. The truth is that it isn't one or the other. It's both.
That's as close as I'll get to a political statement in this sub-forum.
"Planned incompetence" Sounds about right to me. 😔
Likely to keep dropping. You heard it here.
I think a hybrid electric/diesel
truck would have some merit. Electric when driving around town, diesel when needed.
I think it is time for the truckers to park for a few days to demonstrate their value to us all.
