Well better news I reckon I raised enough H that she is being transferred to the therapy in her nursing home. They are not happy with the treatment she was receiving and will pick her up at 1.30 tomorrow afternoon.
not sure about the facility she is in. But we found out the hard way, as they sent my mom to the hospital for small clot in her lung, and she had fallen out of bed because of the pain from the clot. she was in the hospital 4 days, when we were making arangements to get her back we were informed that we needed to inform the nursing home within 3 days that she would be coming back, nothing was said about this it was just a given as they were the ones who sent her by ambulance to the hospital. they had given her room away because we hadn't called them!!!!! very long story short we got her in the Masonic home with the help of her doctor and conditions were alot better her last few months. sorry to hear your troubles as I have been there myself and it is no fun dealing with those issues, and I lived in town, would hate to try and take care of that kind of business over the phone many miles away. prayers sent for you and your mom.
