If you are in Alaska
It's a blood moon on a voting day, really bad omen. America is a house divided and divided houses will fall.
Red moon for a red wave.
My lunar is snow filled and coming down.
Not a chance, Vance. Heavy clouds all day today and rain predicted to start at midnight through Wednesday evening.
Honestly, I'd much rather get the much-needed rain than see a lunar.
If any of you stay up to watch it, let us know how it looked tomorrow, I'm going to bed, and it is really cloudy here anyway.
happen to get up for a potty run
and watched most of it . always interesting very clear and some what cold night here one of the few times we have not been blocked by weather conditions to see such events
and what always comes to mind at least to me what ancient people with all their superstitions had to think when such things happen .
I know some older civilizations were aware and knew way more about the heavens and stars than others but thats a whole different topic
I got up at 4am. Heavy river fog and the moon was barely visible. Dammit! And I got a Nikon camera and a 300mm lens.
Had the fog not rolled in I would have stayed up 2 hours and watched, and gotten some good pics. We get heavy river fog about half the nights in warm weather.
