My oldest son had one gun a ruger 10/22 I gave him when he was about 12 or 13 he is 39 now

He just never got bit by the gun bug like me and my youngest son

He was out shopping with his gf and was at Rual King bought him self a rem 870 12 ga

Totally suprized me .for a couple reasons one he bought it out of the blue never even said anything about wanting one

also my youngest son holds a ffl and selles guns And would have ordered one for him no problem or added cost .

I am guessing it was just a inplusl buy thay had a 10% all firearms sale the day he was there .

It's a 26" barrel version he told me the 28 " barrel version was 50.00 more for some reason

I heck I would have gave him one if I knew he wanted one but sometimes it's the excitement of buying a new one I guess

Oh well both sons will end upwith what few guns own any way one grand son so far also he will get his share I really hope I live long enought to get to shot with him and any more that hopefully will be added
