Browning A5 Sweet Sixteen

Looking for some value advice on a 71 model Browning Sweet Sixteen. In pretty nice shape but the weird thing with this one is the name engraving on the side of the receiver. Not sure how that affects the value of an otherwise nice shotgun.

Plus is a vent rib,
Plus it is Belgium
Minus is the name, S.S. of course, they at least did a great job of that rather than a stencil.
You can do as I did and look at some of the "Completed Auctions" Ballfield, 900. -1100 imo only.
Cool, looked for that (completed auctions section) but I guess I need to look harder! Thank you
Click on advanced next to the search tab at the top of the auction home page. When that opens click on completed auctions and enter your criteria. My search shows 186 completed auctions, so you will have a few to go through. The engraved name pretty much ruins it's collector value but it would still be in demand as a shooter. I think grasshopper is pretty close with his estimate of value. Bob
Could be worse, and electro penciled like our old neighbor did to his guns.
Sold it for $1000, thanks guys
Well sold especially with the stamping.
Buy chance was that the buyers name? Grins.
