She puts he stuff in my gun safe but it's in the basement and she needs something upstairs. It'll probably never have a gun in it, just her check, Cash, etc.
Thinking about one of these:
Anyonehave one similar?

We have a gunvault speedvault.
Considering the number of times my phone doesn’t recognize my fingerprint, I personally would not use a biometric safe.

yep, ours is keypad. And chemicals, cuts, scrapes, swimming, bathing, can alter your print enough to cause a fail.
Jim, why not something less conspicuous like a hidden drawer or compartment in a piece of furniture. Google hidden drawer or compartment for ideas. They have a lot of DIY components so you can make your own. Out of sight equals out of mind.
I think you are going at this wrong.....buy her a nice large safe, then there will be room for more of your stuff too!!!😮
There's a keen mind at work here...
Reminds me of the old joke:
Ed: I got a pistol safe for my wife.
Fred: Sounds like a good trade.
Jim not sure how big a one you want, but I have a combination one that is 6x9x 1 1/2. If you want it send me your address and its yours, I won't be home next week because of hunting season but could get it in the mail the week after.
My neighbor had a small safe that used his hand print to open it. His house was broken into. He never secured the little safe and the perp ran away with safe. Duh!
I have a suspicion they got the safe open, hand print or not!
I seriously doubt that ANY of our wives would fit in a pistol safe.😇
Can you change the combo's on them to keep them out of the safe? Asking for a friend
