well it still looks like one and "looks like it will work ." so big brother will have to take it and charge you for owning it
sad any more if you have a block of metal and draw a receiver on it your in trouble
next the big box hardware stores will have to have a FFL and do back ground checks in the plumbing section after all a few pieces of steel pipe is just a shotgun waiting to be put together
