How is it that there are many website sellers of guns, ammo and accessories , that don't charge sales tax to every State, yet GunBroker does?

    jabgun, the forum side of GunBroker has absolutely nothing to do with the auction side policies or practices. I strongly suggest you take the time to read all of the forum rules and then take any auction related questions to that side.

    Well, GunBroker does not sell guns, it is a marketplace facilitator. Like other marketplace facilitators, it has been decreed by the US government that they will collect and remit sales tax to the states.
