Asking For Prayers and Well Wishes
Well, nothing real serious but even with undergoing routine procedures, one never knows.
Next week I will be undergoing a bit of a double whammy due to long waiting schedules made through the VA. Not complaining and am truly thankful to finally get things done after nearly a year of suffering with a condition commonly called "Trigger Fingers". Something a gun guy should almost get a chuckle about but I wouldn't wish this on anyone! Both of my hands have been giving me great pain due to both middle fingers locking up and curling under with pulling tendons within the palms. Making just about everything normally taken for granted quite painful and difficult. Simple jar opening, lifting and pouring a coffee pot, gun work in the shop, and nearly every other simple task has just about driven me nuts! Anyway, a week from today I'll be going under the knife to get my mitts fixed. Very much looking forward to having working hands again!
Another procedure I've been set for is a colon ostomy to be done the day before my hand surgery. 😲
Asking for your prayers and well wishes for next weeks out of the ordinary happenings with much thankfulness to you all for taking the time! 🤗

I understand I just put off a surgery for now I am just more worried about infections and assorted bugs from the hospital then the procedures right now
Prayers sent
Wishing you a successful recovery so you can continue to make those beautiful Ky rifles. I have three R. Southgate rifles and a contemporary flintlock marked J. Cooper that is very nicely done. Good luck from a fellow Michigander.
Prayers from MO….Prayers for all the Doctors and staff for wisdom….prayers for peace for you and yours..
Good luck and prayers from SW Virginia.
Sounds pretty simple, but prayers sent Mr.
Hoping all goes well Brookwood and interested in the outcome of the hands issue as I have similar issue, the other procedure not so much wanting to hear about... I actually was gonna ask you about your trigger finger issue last week when mine was acting up then forgot to. It will all be good I'm sure.
Lord guide the Drs hands and heal. Amen
Prayers for successful procedures. Had trigger thumb surgery over 10 years ago. Steroid shots in the joint failed over time and it locked in the "hitching a ride" position. No issues since then to include grip strength.
Prayers for your surgery... My dad has had many Colonoscopies. STAY HYDRATED!

I think I have mentioned before about Judy's trigger finger surgery and also a couple friends who had it successfully done. Almost instant relief with very little healing time. Not sure about the friends but Judy says she would rather go through the surgery than another colonoscopy. I think it is the prep for the scope that bothers her more than anything else. 😉 Bob

Piece of cake! No worries on either procedure. Been there done that.
Sorry about the colonoscopy.
But my wife just had the finger operation several weeks ago. She wasn't put under anesthesia and the procedure went perfectly. Doctor said it was pretty simple. Must've been. She was better than ever in a few days. Only thing she complained about was the stitches itching.
You'll do fine.
Heavenly Father, please give this man quick healing in Jesus' holy name. Amen.
Thinking of you....I hope you have a trouble free procedure and recover in record time.
Many thanks everybody! 🤗
just hope it isn't the same doctor with same tools!!!!! just got the call about a colonostomy myself, my primary care wanted me to do it back in August, took community care this long to schedule it, though I wasn't in any big hurry to have it done. I HATE the dang things, but know they have to be done........ good wishes and prayers on the way
