So I thought of a maneuver I had learned years back, but can not remember what it is called or how exactly to do it. It is used to pick up a injured person laying on the ground. Basically in a run, you do a Sommer sault on top of the victim. While doing so you roll them into a ball on your back and come up standing with the victim across your back. You continue on a run without breaking stride.
