Fuel tank door, which side

Want to know before you get to the pump? Passenger or driver's side. Look at your dash. You should see this emblem that let's you know. The arrow points to correct side. No more guessing in your vehicle, a rental, borrowed or five finger discounted for the nefarious type.

Yep. I remember learning that back in the 80's.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
If a vehicle doesn't have the filler on the drivers side I wouldn't buy it.
Well the motorhome has a fill on either side so that is one exception. Come to think of it my old '72 K20 has three gas tanks, one on the other side. The diesel Silverado has 3 tanks, filler all on the drivers side.

Yes Ma'am, so many folks do not know this.
I’ll be, I didn’t know that. And to think for all these years I’ve been doing it the old fashioned way by remembering which side it was on.
Figured out how to make your turn signal blink three times without putting it on?

Wine is low, pull over at the next liquor store for a refill.

dont forget the behind the tail light filler spot , the center behind the tag filler spot the on the deck lid fill spot and of course the on the front cowl gravity feed tanks . so many choices 😁
I think the tank is also on the same side as the empty needle points, hose or not.
Unless you have a 70ish Chevelle and I am sure others to.
Ford had a better idea. My '65 Mustangs filler cap is in the middle just below the trunk lid. AND, my '18 F-150 doesn't have a fuel cap to lose or replace. I really like the combination door entry also, no more locking my keys in the truck! Also, I can disable some of the buzzer features - But I really hate that automatic engine shut off when the truck is stopped at a light. Save a few pennies worth of gas and replace the starter motor?????
I won't own a vehicle without the fuel door on the left side.
If it is on the right side and you run out of fuel and pull over the car tilts to the right and it is can near impossible to pout gas in.
