Math was never my strong suite in school, so I will ask for help here. If you know the bullet weight of the caliber you are shooting and also the Velocity of that bullet, Is there a math equation that will give me the muzzle energy for the bullet?

Muzzle Energy Calculator & Guide (ammunitiontogo.com)
Per the Speer Reloading Manual: "multiplying the square of the velocity in feet/sec by the weight of the bullet in grains and dividing by 450,400."
Keep in mind that this is only a mathematical equation and does not describe a bullets performance at the intended targrt..
