You Gotta Love Ruger.

Just got off the phone with a nice lady in New Hampshire. I needed a couple of small parts, spring and plunger that now reside on my office floor somewhere. NO CHARGE. They have never charged me for parts, service or shipping going back at least thirty years.

I have always had nothing but extra good results from Ruger service.
You just cleaned your office they should be a easy to find. Maybe you need one of those magnetic brooms the fly guys use for finding FOD if you had one of those you could send her spare parts😉
when I stopped to talk to Ricci a year or two ago, I kinda wondered when was the last time the floor actually saw a ray of sunshine.. so you are saying there is now actually floor showing?????
I usually get my plungers from home depot.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I laughed, because my wife bought me a magnet, to find springs that I constantly lose!!!! I bet a few wound up in the dogs stomachs. 😉
If they ended up in the dogs, stomachs, you might need a metal detector. Check the backyard for metal objects inside those piles of brown stuff.
GREAT customer service is few and far between AND very hard to beat!
I agree with you on Ruger service, but they wont tell you much on some of their models and the history or amounts made for some reason?
Love Ruger
They have always had great customer service. The best story I know concerns a SR22 pistol. It had been used for several years at an indoor range I frequent. It was time to switch out guns and a buddy of mine bought this pistol for 40 bucks. It had untold rounds through it and was in need of some TLC.
The first conversation my buddy had with Ruger was to attempt to order some springs and a new rear sight. Ruger told him to send it in and they would go through it. He sent it in and approximately two weeks later he received a call and they told him they were sending a new one out to replace this one. It was delivered to the FFL at the range where he bought it !!!
Not bad for a 40 buck investment !!!!!
