FFL Dealers: Do You "Screen" The People For Whom You Do Transfers?

A FFL dealer sent me his license via email so I can ship a gun to him for transfer to an individual at his shop.
I suggested to him that he might upload a copy of his license to Gunbroker so he won't have to be bothered to email it every time someone wants a transfer.
His response: "Not a bad idea, but I try to screen who I do transfers for. Thanks for letting me know you got it OK."
I really like having my license on file with Gunbroker and I wish all of us would. I like being able to just download and print it without having to ask and wait.
How about you?

I like each and every single thing that makes buying a gun easier, faster, and cheaper.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I don't have mine on Gun Broker, but I would if I were not running this out of my home and had a seperate location. With the odd hours we work and me being gone sometimes while my team is here handling things its just too much to have random guns showing up for people we do not know and don't understand how we function here.
Nope. I don't do transfers.
Not an FFL, but I do "screen" the FFLs I do business with...
Interesting question. How does one "screen" an applicant?
Had one like that I had to request it for a gb sale, but the buyer blew off the sale and turned off account
The screening by the BATF is not enough? Which leads me to why we can't put our C & R FFL on record. We too are "screened" before being issued.
