Civil Action - NPB's

I have been a registered user on Gun Broker for more than 20 years. I have had very few issues with Buyers / Sellers. There seems to be a marked increase in Buyers that are backing out of purchases. So, is it worth the time and effort to go after NPB's? What can a Seller do legally? File a civil suit? File a report with any of the credit reporting agencies? Turn the case over to a collection agency? Or what? Thanks for your response in advance.

and get on with life.Just go through the NPB”s process here, yes I know it is a complete PITA - but life is short and you IMO would be wasting your time with any other action.
Nothing else is functional. Yes you can road trip and protest, hire an attorney and buy radio time to shame them but you still won’t get $
