I'm not a coffee person. I'm one of those coffee drinkers that think coffee is only good if you put lots of sugar and half and half in the coffee.
My wife loves coffee and is a food snob. I have decided to get her one of those small coffee grinders for our 25th wedding anniversary. The problem I'm having is where do I find real good coffee beans?? There are so many sites selling coffee beans I have zero clue which of these sites is a good one, not to mention I have no idea what types of beans to get her. Any and all thoughts are welcome!

If you want to make a great cup of fresh ground coffee, may I also suggest a French Press?
I think for beans, I would look for whatever brand she currently drinks.

#1 (IMHO) Ferrari's 100% Kona Gold Medium Roast Tastes like coffee smells
#2 Jamaican Blue Mountain
#3. Tanzanian Peaberry
#4, Best bang for your buck- Lavaza Super Crema- and you can get it on Amazon. Lavaza Gold is also very good- light roast. Crema is medium roast- but that is my taste.
You might want to do an Amazon search for coffee samplers, get her a half dozen different coffees from one company.
There's some Hawaiian brands that might work for you. Kona Gold, Lion etc.
Get a really good grinder. Consistency of grind makes a difference in your cup o’ Joe. She’ll remember that long after the fancy bags of coffee have been drunk.
fresh ground on the spot
The variety pack is a great idea, IMO
Ma put a quart of Yuban in my Stanley for 38 years. Never saw the need to change.
