Things are starting to loosen up. My shop got a couple of cases of 700x and No.9 primers in. Prices are still crazy, but Ive almost got my summer trap shells loaded. Shot is really crazy, but available.

Same here, and the prices are decent.

I couldn't tell you the last time I saw primers for sale locally in much of any quantity, but I'm definitely glad I stocked up a long time ago. Always wanted to try CCI #41 and 34s, but I don't think I've seen any of them locally for ten years or so.
From what I understand there are two companies that are building new plants,I think in Arkansas, to produce primers for the retail market. If this is true,with the staggering amount of primers they are capable of producing,we should see primers return at a fair price.Sort of like 22 ammo did.
Im still waiting for the fair price on .22.
