Oh look, a big snow storm, just in time for the weekend

Same thing on this side of the hill........
Had ours last night and this morning. Another month and this snowy stuff should be behind us, I hope. Bob
Forgot to add, I feel bad for those folks getting hammered on the west coast, but it sure is fun watching the news and seeing them California folks try to drive in the snow!😁
Same thing here tonight and at my daughters upstate Delaware County, NY. -------------Ray
The path to my truck is 5 1/2 feet below snow level. I'm almost outa split fire wood and my rounds are buried under tons of snow. My wife has her job cut out for her tomorrow. I'd like to help her dig 'em out, but I gotta repair our snow shoes and shovel off the roof again. (We're 120 miles north of Reno, Nevada at 6,000 feet).
Joe, what part of Montana do you live in??? Not a direct location, but what I mean is, the southern, northern or ???? Never been to Montana , but it is number one on my bucket list!!! I want to antelope hunt and sight see the state. My wife and son said it is the most beautiful state they have ever seen. My friend owned hunting lodge there, called Broken arrow lodge. He passed away two years ago, and I never got out there to see the place.
At that same time, we were having a wonderful thunderstorm. It warmed enough that it wasn't thundersnow like last week, but it is definitely Spring when we get thunder.
Oakie, Montana is indeed stunning - at least the western half of it. All the Western states have their charm, from piney mountains to cactus and sage desert. Or magnificent bare rock. Vistas from here to the horizon or here to straight up.
I think MJ is near Bozeman. Toad67 is down by Missoula and I'm up near Kalispell. Glacier Park is a day trip for us.
If you get out this way, Oakie, we'll have a room ready for ya!
